HADCA AGM 2021 - Celebrating Community Connections

HADCA AGM 2021 - Celebrating Community Connections

We hope colleagues from charities, community groups and partner organisations from across the district will be able to join us on Thursday 14 October, 2pm to 3pm via Zoom to celebrate community connections.

At our AGM you’ll  be able to hear our plans for a positive future  working towards our vision ‘People in the Harrogate District benefit from leading fulfilling and active lives and make a positive contribution to local community life’ by connecting and collaborating, supporting community action, strengthening volunteering, growing local giving and helping people stay safe and well at home supported by volunteers.

It is so important for us to work together to make sure our small but vital charities are still here to help our communities in the future.

This past 18 months our volunteers have never been more needed and so please join us to celebrate the achievements of volunteers across the Harrogate District.

We will also look to the future for our communities across Harrogate district as Wallace Sampson, Chief Executive of Harrogate Borough Council, will be providing an update on how the new local authority for North Yorkshire will be put in place by April 2023.
