Inspire Youth Yorkshire are seeking to recruit a number of passionate individuals into the role of charity trustee at our registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). You will take part in shaping and directing the organisation and ensuring that it operates legally within the regulations set by the Charity Commission.
We are particularly looking for trustees with knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Experience of and a compassion for working with young people
• Digital transformation and digital delivery skills
• Fundraising
• Social media/marketing/PR/campaigning
• Financial and accounting
• Human resources processes and employment law
Your role would be to attend 4 meetings per year, along with an annual AGM. Usually held face to face at our offices, alternatively virtually online.

We offer a unique independent youth service that meets the needs of the ever-changing world, which is adaptive and responsive for young people aged 8-18 across Harrogate District and surrounding areas. We offer a variety of activities, services and bespoke packages in response to this.
We are excited to have launched our versatile Mobile Youth Base, as a creative approach to enable us to continue to offer a dedicated space for young people throughout the coronavirus pandemic and beyond. It enables us to continue face to face delivery and be mobile in doing so.
We offer numerous sessions in various locations and at different days and times in term time mainly from our mobile youth base, and offer various activities and opportunities in the school holidays. With this in mind, its usually best to get in touch with us and we can give you the latest update on what's on/coming up.
