Description of the role:

As a Baby & Child First Aid Coordinator you will help make this possible by playing an important
role in making valuable first aid courses available to parents giving them access to lifesaving skills
and the confidence to put them into practice.

What’s involved?
• Booking courses with a Mini First Aid trainer and adding details of the course to a ticket booking system
• Advertising the event via social media and other platforms
• Following NCT guidance to ensure all events are welcoming, inclusive and safe
• Promoting NCT's values and vision in your local community
• Collecting and sharing information about the difference you make to parent

Skills and qualities needed for the role:

• Passionate about supporting parents
• Organised and reliable
• Good communicators

Time commitment:
• This is a flexible role that can fit around your commitments and availability
• The time you will spend volunteering may vary depending on the number of activities held each
month. You could volunteer with as little as 1 hour per month
• We’re ideally looking for Volunteers who can volunteer for at least 6 months
