Listing donated items for sale on Oxfam's simple Online platform which is linked directly to the Online Oxfam shop, you will also be:
Researching donated items to find value them
Preparing items to make the most of our donations
Writing accurate descriptions to go on our website
Taking quality photographs to attract online customers
Packing and posting online orders
Putting your passion to good use by specialising in your favourite areas
A love of using computers would be an advantage but not necessary as full training is given.
Our normal ask is 4 hours in a morning 9 - 1 or afternoon 1 - 5 , however if you are only able to give a couple of hours that is fine and if you can only do 10 - 2 that is fine with us as well. Travel expenses are paid with in reason and lunch expenses up to £6 are paid if volunteering in one shift for 5 hours or more.
