Volunteers will operate the till serving customers, and keep the shop floor clean and tidy and well stocked with the assistance of the backroom volunteers. They will assist customers and answer questions. Assist with eye catching displays on the shop floor and in the window.
No specific qualifications are needed as full training is given.
Our normal ask is a 4 hour shift once a week AM 9 -1 and PM 1 - 5 - we are very flexible we can accommodate 10 - 2 or if you can only give a couple of hours that is fine.
Full Training and Inductions are in place. The Shop is easily accessible by bus and car and expenses are paid within reason. If volunteering for more than 5 hours in one shift lunch expenses can be claimed.
