Organisation Information

The Harrogate District of Sanctuary started in November 2016.
We are part of the national network "Cities of Sanctuary" and we aim to make Harrogate District a place where Refugees and Asylum seekers feel safe, welcome and included in our community.
We aim to raise awareness in the community and to work with other groups and organisations with similar aims.

We have recently welcomed families from Syria, Afghanistan, Sudan and Ukraine.
