The role would be asking patients who are coming out of appointments if they could spare a few moments to complete a survey. As it is voluntary, the days and times are up to you and the role is for a few areas and you're welcome to help at one location, or all locations. The surveys can be done on paper and also a tablet in certain areas.

You will need to complete some modules of training, a DBS check and a full recruitment process.
