In addition, under normal circumstances we run social events and weekly groups, focusing on wellbeing and peer support. Anyone can use this free service. During the coronavirus pandemic, we are offering some of these services over video call. Please call our local helpline on 03300 578592 between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
