The HADCA Care In Action Newsletter is now published twice a year and contains news from HADCA and our member charities, articles and information on a range of topics such as new campaigns, local services and resources.

This Summer edition 'Community Makes Us’ includes an update on the fantastic local community response to the coronavirus crisis and our focus as we move to the ‘recovery’ phase.  

We are working to ensure that voluntary and community sector needs are taken account of in the recovery plans being drawn up by Harrogate Borough Council and working with THE LOCAL FUND partners to ensure that the fund will be used to help secure the future of our small but vital groups. During the crisis two fairly new partnership groups have continued to meet virtually, the Harrogate District Climate Change Coalition and Think Harrogate. HADCA is a partner on both and here too making sure that the role of the voluntary and community sector is valued and that collaboration is focussed on building back better across all parts of the District, both in the short and longer term.
