The MHFA course will:
Provide Managers with a useful resource to support their people’s wellbeing and mental health at work.
Teach delegates practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues.
Give confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress.

Mental Health First Aid Training is 20 hours. 75% Instructor led and 25% Individual Learning.

On completion delegates will be a certified Mental Health First Aider.

Delegates would each receive a Wellness pack, A manual/resource kit, a workbook, an action plan and a certificate of attendance.
