Chloe McEwen will talk about how nutrition and exercise can help boost our mental health. Chloe is a fitness trainer and a Mind in Harrogate District volunteer. Having struggled with her own mental health she is keen to inspire others by sharing her story as well as some of the tools she has used to help her cope, recently being crowned Miss Yorkshire!
