Description of the role:

Litter pickers play a key role in making Brimham such a special place. By helping the rangers through litter picking you could improve the area for visitors, wildlife and the environment. Additionally you'll be:
· A visible presence to act as a reminder for people not to leave litter behind.
· Engaging with visitors and encouraging responsible disposal of their litter.
· Providing information on where litter bins are.
· Promoting the National Trust and its work nationally.
· Maintaining good relationships with all visitors and neighbours.

Skills and qualities needed for the role:

No special skill sour qualifications required but being physically active and able to engage positively with others is essential.

Practical information:

Volunteering when you can during our opening hours. You will need to have access to transport.
