Alongside Orb Community Arts, a qualified and experienced mindfulness teacher will lead the group through a series of 6 free and fun creative mindfulness sessions.
Through gentle, mindful and easy creative activities, explore helpful and enjoyable ways to become more present, relaxed and self-compassionate.
Absolutely no creative skill or experience needed. A warm and friendly welcome, and refreshments.
