THE LOCAL FUND Workshop : Predicting your financial future

A free brief introduction to budgeting & cash flow forecasts
This free workshop will provide a brief introduction to budgeting and cash flow forecasts, and why they help your organisation and your funding applications. The one hour workshop will be run by Fran Bryan of the Two Ridings Community Foundation (TRCF) Finance Team.

It is open to voluntary and community organisations and aims to help with budgeting and forecasting your finances. Attendance will assist any groups applying for funds and will be especially helpful if you are eligible to apply for a grant from THE LOCAL FUND for the Harrogate District in 2020, as you will need to provide a cash flow forecast with your application.

The workshop is being hosted by HADCA and TRCF and is free of charge. It is suitable for anyone with responsibility for their organisation’s finances and/or for completing funding applications, especially smaller organisations and those with little or no prior experience of cash flow forecasts.
