An Opportunity to join our HARCVS team

We’re looking for a special person to join us at our Harrogate office and become part of our hard-working team dedicated to supporting communities, charities and volunteers across the Harrogate District.

We’re looking for a resourceful and adaptable multi-tasker to be our Office and Business Co-ordinator, ready to assist our team of staff, volunteers and trustees with their varied mix of business support needs.

It's been a year of changes for us so far and we’d like someone to join us as soon as possible at our Harrogate office in Community House to help us get set for the future, working in our local communities. We’d like someone to work 30 to 37 hrs per week over 4 or 5 days, to include Fridays.

It’s a varied and busy role for a person with great communication skills who will be in daily contact with our customers, funders and the wider community on a wide range of topics and will help to market our services and bring in funding.

We need someone familiar with using databases and carrying out digital administration and who is adept at producing user friendly information for a range of audiences in various formats, including taking notes at meetings.
