‘Welcoming, informative and concise - it was enjoyable and useful.’

‘Access to a wealth of information and ease of opportunity to get involved.’

New to the area, in a new role or would you just like to find out more about what is happening locally and how we can help?

Find out how much is going on in our Harrogate District voluntary sector and how HADCA connects people who need help and those who want to help.

There's information about our HELP services in the community including our role as a Community Support Organisation, our networks, THE LOCAL FUND, Friends of THE LOCAL FUND and THE LOCAL LOTTO, Community Fit and our Volunteering City of Ripon Partnership Project.

HADCA Introduction Sessions last for around an hour. There's an opportunity to ask questions followed by a chance to connect with other attendees at the end of the session.

You'll have to bring your refreshments whilst we hold the sessions on Zoom, but at Community House, you'll be able to enjoy free tea, coffee and biscuits at sessions!

Our next Introduction Sessions take place at 11am - 12noon.

The dates for 2024 are:
