Harrogate Homeless Project is seeking to recruit a Senior Caseworker to join the Client Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and to have the opportunity to make a real difference to our work.
The post holder will be responsible for leading and managing the caseworker team in achieving HPP objectives; including supporting clients through their HHP journey from their induction to leaving HHP services and beyond.
We are looking for someone who has a positive approach to their work with the ability to initiate and maintain constructive relationships with clients and colleagues. If you have a passion for making a difference to homelessness in Harrogate, then we would love to hear from you.
This is a full time position consisting of 37.5 hours a week. These hours will normally be worked between 9.00am – 5.00pm however some flexibility is required to vary working hours to cater to client needs and assisting them with their appointments. The salary for the post is £29,250.
This position will be based across our two sites – Hostel, Bower Street, Harrogate, HG1 5BQ and Springboard, Lower Hall Wesley Centre, Oxford Street, Harrogate, HG1 1PP.
