Boroughbridge Community Charity (BCC) is a registered charity which supports the communities of Boroughbridge and 32 surrounding villages. We provide a range of services in response to identified need, promote social inclusion, encourage partnership working and volunteering opportunities.
Our vision is for everyone in our community of Boroughbridge & District to be connected, included and supported.
We are looking for an ambitious, creative Operational Manager to work alongside the Strategic Manager. You will be responsible for the operational management, building resilience, creating new partnerships and exploring growth opportunities for the charity. You will work closely with our loyal and dedicated small team of staff, our Board of Trustees, a range of partners and volunteers.
You will support and facilitate the continued development of existing and new community activities. In your role you will have the ability to grow our impact, secure sustainable funding and strengthen our presence in the community.
We have a strong reputation as a charity that has been supporting our community for many years, this being our 50th Anniversary as a charity this year. We continue to be ambitious to identify and create new ways to make a positive difference to our community. This could be through engaging new volunteers, creating new partnerships and exploring potential options to generate income.
