Free, interactive, practical and informative. A 2 hour session where many different aspects of the mysterious sourdough process is explained and demonstrated by David Francis, an experienced artisan sourdough baker of 40 years.
His Christian journey has impacted much of what is explained with everyone mixing their own dough by hand and given recipe and methods for creating their own unique starter as well as a H.I.I.T experience on a hand grinding mill. Signing up ensures a place and allows us to prepare ingredients as well as email out the recipe sheets etc.
