Young At Heart
If you're over 60, Young at Heart is a supportive group offering you a warm friendly welcome, a place to meet with friends and an opportunity to relax or take part in a range of activities if you wish.
The group meets from 12.30pm every Tuesday.
A light lunch is served between 12.45pm - 1.30pm (approx)
ACTIVITIES include - crafts, music, games, dance, singsongs, seated exercise, quizzes, IT taster sessions, book club, guest speakers.
An ART GROUP meets each week alongside the main group. All abilities welcome. Please bring your own materials.
New for September - Playing With Colour, a creative, fun activity using mixed media - fabrics, wool, crayons, paint, air drying clay and printing! All materials supplied.
Young at Heart also has a Book Club which meets bi-monthly.
Our signposting service will try to point you in the right direction to help you get things sorted.
