Heart Support Group (Harrogate)

Our aim is to meet the needs of those with a cardiac condition who are living in the community of Harrogate and District. The purpose of the group is to offer support to those who may have recently suffered a heart attack, undergone cardiac surgery, stent insertion or have any other heart related problem, such as angina.

The group is affiliated to the British Heart Foundation. We provide opportunities for all-age mixed group mobility and fitness sessions, social activities and monthly meetings on the last Wednesday of the month. Practical and psychological support to people with heart-related difficulties. Opportunities for all-age mixed group mobility & fitness sessions, social activities and speakers. Meeting time: 7.30pm – 9.00pm
