Henshaws Arts & Crafts Centre
At Henshaws Arts and Crafts, we make more than just art. We bring people together in an atmosphere that never fails to inspire. Through our workshops, people living with a range of disabilities discover their talents, put them into practice and realise their full potential. On weekdays, our workshops are filled with Artmakers creating beautiful and unique pieces of art, amazing theatre performances and beautiful music.
We offer workshops in Pottery, Woodwork, Music, Sensory, Jewellery, Print, Mosaic, Paper, Performing Arts, Horticulture, Retail and Catering. Plus more coming in 2024!
We are open to the public, with our shop full of beautiful pieces, our cafe full of delicious food and our workshops full of creativity and inspiration! We also have beautiful gardens to explore. You can also hire our centre for weddings, birthday parties or any special events with fully inclusive facilities for all of your guests.
Open to the public Monday to Friday 9.30am - 3.30pm. Please come in and explore, meet our Art Makers and be inspired by their beautifully crafted pieces of art. Everyone is welcome.

Our site is fully inclusive with site wide disabled access, with a registered Changing Room and a number of accessible toilets. We have disabled parking for Visitors just outside.
