Free Adviceline is the best way to get in touch 9.00 to 4.30 Monday to Friday on 0808 278 7900.
There are drop-in sessions at the Harrogate office 9.30am - 12.30 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and outreach services are available at Ripon library (first Tuesday of the month) and at Allhallowgate Church (last Tuesday of the month).
There is also a monthly outreach at Masham Community Office (first Thursday) and another in Pateley Bridge (second Thursday by video link).
