British Redcross
The Community Connect service provides a befriending and enabling service in the Harrogate and Rural District with up to 12 weeks of support in the community. The service has adapted during recent times due to the coronavirus pandemic and has been serving the community by way of medication delivery, shopping and befriending telephone calls.
The service is for people aged 18 and over. Referrals can be made through a GP or health professional or people can self refer.
