Maple Creek is located in the town centre of Masham which is a thriving market town with shops, cafés and a mini supermarket. It also has a daily bus service. This accommodation is for residents aged 60 and above who are able to lead an independent life but who would benefit from the security and support of an Independent Living Officer and 24-hour emergency call service. The facilities include disabled access, communal entrance doors, a secure door entry system, a communal television aerial, modern conservatory room overlooking the rear gardens, laundry room, lounge, garden and parking.
