North Yorkshire Centre for Independent Living (NYCIL)

Here to Help is a project developed by North Yorkshire Centre for Independent Living - NYCIL to help disabled and vulnerable people and their carers receive information and support to enable them to live more independently and to have more control over their care. We can help people employ their own staff to look after them to enable people to access the community or to live more independently. We help people who are in receipt of Direct Payments/Personal Health Budgets and also those who are self-funded. We can also help you start up a Direct Payment. We also run a payroll company for people employing their own staff and it can also offer a low cost alternative to small businesses and charities to meet their payroll needs.
