Move It Or Lose It with Cathy
This is a fitness programme designed for those over 60. Age is only a number, so don’t be put off by this! It is aimed at those who might think they are too old to exercise, but who want to stay active and younger for longer. We use music and sometimes have a theme to make the session more fun.
Each exercise class helps to improve flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength (FABS for short). We aim to have lots of fun, make friends and improve fitness. Exercises are carried out standing, standing with support or seated and you won’t need to get down on the floor!
