Continued Care Friendship & Social Group

Attendance is free and open to anyone who would like to enjoy a coffee, cake and a chat with a friendly group of people. The meetings will also feature regular events and presentations, including a visit from a therapy dog, a mindfulness session and a seated exercise class. A special VE Day celebration is also planned in 2020.
The sessions run from 2pm to 4pm on the last Friday of each month and are wheelchair accessible. If you would like to attend but would have difficulty getting to Bilton Community Centre, please call Iona on 01423 871 003 who will try to arrange transport.
