Liferiders Community Cycling Project

Liferiders is based on a simple idea........that riding our bikes together helps us feel better

If you're a beginner to cycling then we're here for you ! We choose cake over carbon, laughter over lycra, and slo-mo over aero. Liferiders is a registered charity aimed at promoting, supporting and encouraging people to begin cycling and enjoy the social, mental and physical benefits of riding our bikes together. We're all about friendship and enjoying the countryside by bike.

We're a very friendly and welcoming group, and we like to walk up the steep hills and have a chat and a cuppa along the way. We stay as a group and never leave anyone behind!

The #1 Barrier that deters folks from riding bikes is busy traffic, so we use all of the local bike paths and quieter streets.

For more info and ride calendar visit our website: http://www.liferiders.org

You're also welcome to join our tribe on the socials:

Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1541989902486184
Twitter: @LiferidersCBAD
We also have a lovely Whats App group you're welcome to join at any time

If you're a bit unsure about coming along, please contact the organiser (Simon Thomas: 07947 479175) who will happily show you how to check your bike over and have a chat to ease your worries and answer any questions.

NB. Please note - riders participate at their own risk, are responsible for their own safety, and should be comfortable riding on roads in accordance with the Highway Code.
