Wellspring Therapy & Training
Wellspring is a counselling and training centre in Starbeck. We provide affordable psychological support to adults, children and young people in distress and promote good mental health. We work to restore hope, develop resilience and facilitate positive change.
Wellspring also offers a variety of high quality training events throughout the year designed to enhance our personal wellbeing and ability to support others.
The 8 week Empower course is for teens aged 13-18 to explore, explain and improve self-esteem.

The group meets: Mon-Thurs
Cost: Affordable Counselling Service, we ask that clients contribute according to their personal circumstances. For those who are employed we recommend a minimum of £15 and for those on income-related benefits, £5. We are not funded by local government or the NHS so every £1 you are able to give ensures our sustainability to provide our life saving service. The waiting list for this service is 3+ months, please enquire for the most up to date waiting times.
We also have an Associate Counselling service which is £45 per session and has a 1-2 week waiting list
