REMAP is a unique charity offering a unique service to anyone unable to carry out daily tasks because of some form of disability. We create bespoke solutions to help you overcome everyday challenges. Our work ranges from simple modifications (e.g. to existing household fittings and appliances), through to developing an entire solution to a problem. A REMAP solution may help you open that awkward window, but might also help you take up that hobby or apply for that job which you thought was also out of your reach. Our service is usually offered FREE to those we help.

You do not need to be registered disabled to use our service, as we work with people with disabilities in the broadest sense. Whilst many of our referrals come from frontline healthcare professionals such as Occupational Therapists, you can also self-refer.
