Reflect

Reflect is a free support service in North Yorkshire for anyone facing a Pregnancy Choice and for those struggling after experiencing Pregnancy Loss.

Reflect offers impartial support and information regarding a Pregnancy Choice to anyone who has an unintended pregnancy, or to those who have been advised of a possible foetal abnormality. Our trained volunteers will listen and give you space to think and help you consider all the options when facing this difficult and confusing decision.

Reflect provides care and support to those who have experienced a Pregnancy Loss from any cause and at any stage of pregnancy. We offer emotional and practical support to help people work through their emotions and grief and offer a structured support programme. 'Reflections: Walking through loss', is a series of 7-10 steps exploring the emotional, physical, and spiritual effects of pregnancy and baby loss. Reflect provides support following a termination of pregnancy and to anyone struggling after a miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth or neonatal death.

All our services are free and confidential and are open to women, men and couples.
