CrisisCall
CrisisCall is an out-of-hours telephone helpline for people, aged 16 and over, who are in crisis due to mental health problems. The service is also available for carers. The service is self-referring. Call 0800 501254 and leave your name and telephone number and a worker will call you back. Hours of opening: Monday to Friday 4.30 pm - 9.00 am; Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays 24 hour service.
