North Yorkshire Humanists is a partner of Humanists UK, a charity which supports and represents people who seek to lead ethical and responsible lives without religious or superstitious beliefs. Committed to human rights, equality and mutual respect, we work for an open and inclusive society with freedom of belief and speech, and for an end to the privileged position of religion in the law, education, broadcasting and elsewhere. We can provide celebrants for Humanist weddings, funerals and baby namings as well as school speakers and non-religious pastoral support.
