Citizens Advice Craven & Harrogate Districts - Outreach
Update: Due to the coronavirus outbreak face-to-face advice services in Harrogate District are suspended for the foreseeable future. People who have already booked appointments should not attend. Advisers are contacting everyone with an existing appointment to offer them advice via telephone or email.
There are a number of ways people can continue to get advice during this time.

· Call 01423 503591and leave a message anytime, the team will get back to you when they can
· People looking for advice on consumer issues (e.g. issues related to products or services purchased) can contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133 or chat online to an advisor on our website.
· Anyone who needs advice or support on making a Universal Credit claim can call the Help to Claim line on 0800 1448444.
· General advice will be given via the Adviceline 03444 111 444, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
There is also a facility available for face to face meetings over video link from Masham Community Office (on the first Thursday of the month 10am - 12pm) and at Nidderdale Plus in Pateley Bridge for those people unable to access at home.
Waiting times for these services may be slightly longer than usual.
