Description of the role:

We are looking for volunteers who would like to help Headway Harrogate & District with our monthly social group (Monday). Headway is a national charity for people who have sustained a brain injury and we are looking for people who can chat to members, make/serve drinks, meet and greet and help with setting up the room for the group.

Practical information:

We are looking for people to support for 2.5 hours the last Monday of each month.
We are a friendly group and would welcome anyone who is interested to come down and meet us and the group.
St Andrew’s is on a main bus route between Harrogate and Knaresborough. There is also parking at the venue and our venue is accessible for wheelchairs.

We aim to promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury, provide information and drop-in support and services to survivors of brain injury and their families.
Monthly get togethers on last Monday of each month at St Andrews Church Hall, Starbeck.
