Organisation Information

In October 2020 a new shop opened in Oxford Street, Harrogate with opening hours 10am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday and 10-4 Sunday.

During the coronavirus outbreak weekly craft sessions have not been taking place but the team has been delivering emergency craft packs to differently-able children and adults. There is a buddy service with friendly volunteers, to regularly phone and provide ongoing support. They have also produced some YouTube videos of crafts you can do in your own home with simple at hand materials. Check their facebook page for the latest information.

Runs weekly craft workshop sessions in Harrogate for adults with disabilities and / or learning differences, providing a fun and caring environment in which to learn new craft skills, interact with others and work together towards a common task. Trains skilled volunteers to work with faith-based organisations in the developing world, to set up employment-generating craft workshops for people with disabilities, who would otherwise be living in extreme poverty. Supports social-enterprise for disabled people in the developing world, through fundraising activities.
Weekly craft sessions are now also offered for differently-able children.
