Due to CV19, our lunch clubs are currently suspended, so we are not recruiting volunteers to this particular role at the moment. However, we hope to relaunch this service as soon as it is safe to do so. Assisting to take coats and settle clients in their seats and offer and serve refreshments and home cooked lunch. Lead activities if wished. Help clients socialise with others.
Empathy. Patience. Lovely attitude. Willing to take part and learn new skills.
Weekday on MTWF 10am till 2.30. If able any part of that time. Must be able to mobilise independently, be open to guidance and training to ensure safety for all.

We provide a range of Health and Social Care Practical Support as well as Advice and Care Planning for all adults over 18 years in the Harrogate District.
Our services aim to enable people to live as independently as possible in their own homes for as long as possible and include:
Advice and Care Planning including assessment of need; Support at Home; Shopping Services; Lunch Clubs; Assisted Bathing; Activities and Outings.
(During the Coronavirus Pandemic Lunch Clubs and Assisted Bathing together with Outings are temporarily suspended
