Collection Box Coordinator
Disability Action Yorkshire
Description of the role:

We are looking for someone to coordinate the delivery and collection of our charity collection boxes...but its a bit more than that! We would love to have more collection boxes out in the local area, not only to bring in much needed funds, but also to get out the message that we are here providing solutions for local disabled people. Nurturing the relationships with the outlets that have boxes for us is also important so there would be some production of thank you letters as well.

Skills and qualities needed for the role:

No specific skills needed, we are looking for someone who is able to build up relationships with local businesses to encourage them to have one of our collection boxes so good people skills would be an advantage.

Practical information:

There are no fixed days or hours for this role, it is to suit the person. We provide induction, training and ongoing support. Office space, use of a PC etc can be provided if needed. We will pay expenses, including travel.
