To support our customers in our Skipton locality, we are looking for individuals who can commit to full, part time or casual hours (including evening and weekend work) on a rota basis so flexibility will be required.

In particular we are looking for people who could cover a shift between 7am and 9am working as a 2:1 support team with a customer in the Sutton in Craven area, so if this fits with your availability we would love to hear from you. Other hours would also be available in addition to this shift.

Being a car driver is essential due to the locations of the support.

The work is mainly in the areas of Skipton, Settle and Sutton-in-Craven with support times throughout the day, but there are no calls of less than an hour. The majority of our customers are those with a learning disability who require support with personal care, finance, shopping and accessing the community. Experience is preferred but not essential.

We are proud to pay above the National Minimum Wage with a rate of £9.00 per hour for customer contact time with enhancements of up to £10.21 per hour for waking night weekend working and generous sleepover rates.
