Service Support Assistants play a key role in delivering effective and efficient support services across a large department. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your organisational, communication and technical skills, while contributing to best practice and inclusive ways of working.

Working alongside others in the same role, you will act as the first point of contact for stakeholders and partners requiring support. You will provide support via email and phone, process monitoring data, use technical systems and carry out financial processes.

You’ll develop working relationships across the organisation and learn about the valued and varied work that Citizens Advice carries out.

• You are a recent graduate

• You have previously worked in an administration or business support role

Please provide evidence of the following essential criteria in your covering letter:
• Ability to work within a support team responsible for business support and operational tasks, to enable the successful delivery of client-facing services.
• Ability to manage a varied workload, working under pressure and to deadlines.
• Ability to communicate information clearly - verbally and in writing.

The Service Support Team work from the Leeds city centre office 1 day a week. The rest of the week is flexible between home or office as staff prefer.
