Join our friendly team in this varied and busy role helping to support charities, communities and volunteers across the Harrogate District.

An Office and Business Co-ordinator is needed to start as soon as possible at our Harrogate office.

30 to 37 hrs per week worked over 4 or 5 days, to include Fridays.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a resourceful and adaptable multi-tasker, ready to assist our team of staff, volunteers and trustees with their varied mix of business support needs.

You will have great communication skills as you will be in daily contact with our customers, funders and the wider community on a wide range of topics & you will help to market our services and bring in funding.

You will need to be familiar with using databases and carrying out digital administration and will be adept at producing user friendly information for a range of audiences in various formats, including taking notes at meetings.

You will assist with setting up, promoting and delivering our regular programme of community forums, events and training.

You will ensure the smooth operation of our two office locations and the reception service at Harrogate Community House.

You will co-ordinate the efficient administration of various systems, policies and procedures including IT & data security, finance, HR, and health & safety.
