You will be joining an enthusiastic and committed team, with the aim to be a first port of call for adult clients, as well as providing a multitude of crucial admin support to the department.

This role offers a large variety of tasks, from supporting the implementation of new platforms and processes, maintaining and updating client records, meeting grant monitoring requirements, to coordinating and supporting our admin volunteers.

Being friendly and personable, with an ability to talk to people who are in distress, are essential attributes for this role. You will be approachable with the ability to work to a consistently high standard of professionalism. Hybrid working may be considered, with the demands and needs of the organisation taking priority.
