Job Description: 

The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to support individual donors to achieve their wishes and develop their relationship with the charity, maximising the potential of one-off, repeat, and regular giving to support the objectives of the organisation.

The manager will work with key CRT partner colleagues to develop direct marketing activities, maintain, and enhance existing programs, and research and test new initiatives. In addition, the role will share responsibility for managing and achieving financial targets and improving supporter awareness and engagement with CRT partner colleagues.

The role will also oversee all aspects of the North Yorkshire Hospice Care’s Community Lottery, ensuring the smooth running of the weekly lottery, and annual raffle in compliance with the Gambling Commission. In addition, the manager will take a strategic role in the future development of this vital income stream whilst maximising profit and delivering high-quality stewardship and donor care to our lottery players.
