Job Description: 

We have an exciting new opportunity for a wellbeing professional with a strong track record of providing adult suicide prevention services, to develop a telephone support prevention service. Working with the Just’B’ Helplines Manager, you will deliver ethical and high-quality care through our Hear 2 Help service across the Just’B’ Adult Service and related projects.

You will be responsible for assessing and developing client care, from point of triage through establishing safety plans and the production of care packages for at risk clients. Collaboration will be vital for effective service operation, whether networking with other prevention services and communities, or coordinating amongst NYHC staff and external professionals. With a strong commitment to safeguarding, you will ensure potential concerns are assessed and highlighted, with relevant escalation.

This role requires a calm and perceptive individual, able to assess potentially stressful situations with a clear head to ensure effective care. Committed to professional growth, you will passionately pursue development for both yourself and others with the organisation and beyond.
