Job Description:

The Generalist Advice Officer(s) - 2 posts (1 in Craven and 1 in Harrogate) - will provide general advice to clients who need a higher level of continuity and support in order to benefit from Citizens Advice services. This role will undertake non-casework advice interventions in order to empower clients to take action based on their identified options.
