Foundation is a provider of housing-related support services to socially excluded groups working with vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals and families.

Action Towards Inclusion is an £11m programme for the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding LEP area to allow a partnership of over 30 organisations to ‘connect’ with community members who are furthest away from work and training.  The project is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund.

As an ATI Keyworker,  you'll support a caseload of people struggling to access employment and/ or training. You will assess, motivate, and form action plans with them to remove those barriers, whilst working collaboratively with other agencies.

So, do you:

- Have a knowledge and understanding of homelessness and ill-health
- Have access to a car for work purposes and hold a current full UK driving licence 
- Have a proven ability of building trusting relationships with others
- Have an innovative approach to help retain engagement
- Have good interpersonal skills such as listening and displaying empathy.
