Job Description: 

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to work with the HR & People Team to provide a complete and comprehensive HR service to North Yorkshire Hospice Care. This is a permanent poistion.

This role will work with other HR Administrators and Coordinators to support the effective operation of all HR processes for staff and volunteers including recruitment, training, and appraisals for employees. This role will also be the main operator of the HR software, which manages sickness and holidays. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly team providing an effective and efficient HR administrative service to the Hospice.

This role requires an organized, calm, and collaborative individual with an ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

This role is advertised at 37.5 hours per week and can be worked flexibly to suit successful applicant. The role is home and office based.
