Job Description: 

Contract: Temporary for 12-months

An exciting opportunity for an administrator with experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or fundraising databases to work within our Supporter Care Team to provide a range of customer service, marketing, fundraising and administrative support to donors, supporters, and other members of the Community Relationships Team.

This role will be the main point of contact for all enquiries to the Community Relationships Team through all communication channels.

You will be responsible for supporting the stewardship and retention of donors, including generating mailings and making phone calls to strengthen relationships with donors and support their fundraising. You will also input and reconcile all fundraising donations and communications ensuring that all databases are accurate and up to date and meet the requirements of data protection and fundraising regulations.
You will have opportunities to support aspects of a wide range of activities within the Community Relationships Team such as our lottery, collection boxes, events and campaigns.

The role requires a confident and collaborative individual who can work to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be highly numerate with excellent IT and communication skills.
