Childhood Day 2021

Childhood Day 2021
11th June 2021 (All day)

After the year we’ve had, we could all do with a bit more play. That’s why we’re asking the UK to come together this Childhood Day – to play, raise money and help keep children safe.
So, will you join us on the 11 June?
There are so many different ways you can play your part: whether you host a tug-of-war with your friends, do face painting in the park or have an online gameathon. Sign up for your free fundraising pack ( via the link below) full of ideas to get you playing while raising money to help keep children safe.

The NSPCC is looking for volunteers who can inspire others to come together to play, raise money and help keep children safe.
You could set up your own sports day, gather the children and their teddies for your very own Teddy Bears picnic, hold a themed dress up day or reach out to your local sports club and its members.
It doesn’t matter how you play this Childhood Day, it just matters that you play your part.

• Spread the word of Childhood Day within your networks
• Plan an event to play and raise money
• Play at an event and make a donation
• Buy from our shop to stock up on fun and games
• Give what you can to help protect children
• Grow Childhood Day by spreading the word
• Pledge to raise an aspirational sponsorship or event target of £250

What you’ll get
NSPCC will support you with advice and tools to help you fundraise and tell others about Childhood Day, including flyers, leaflets and empty belly posters. You’ll learn more about how you’re helping to protect children across the UK by joining our network of NSPCC volunteers, and you’ll have the opportunity to grown your skills and inspire others to support us.

How your fundraising and volunteering helps
Volunteers are the beating heart of the NSPCC. Childhood shapes who become. Abuse never should.
Join together on Childhood Day on 11 June and play your part.
